Carla Bing-Wo is a Registered Professional Planner with the Saskatchewan Professional Planners Institute, an affiliate of the Canadian Institute of Planners. She has Bachelor degrees in Fine Arts and in Environmental Design and a Master’s degree in Urban and Rural Planning. She has been employed by the Government of Saskatchewan since 2001 in the areas of community planning, municipal policy and legislation, and, most recently, in Aboriginal policy and relationships. She has volunteered with the Saskatchewan Professional Planners institute by serving on the Executive Council and other committees. Carla also volunteers with the Canadian Red Cross in Saskatchewan.
