Purpose and Scope: To provide a policy for general returns of any applicable items in the regular course or operations, and to provide guidance on refunds for donations.

Policy:

1. Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at the following phone number or address with details of the product and the defect. You can also send the item you consider defective here:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

2. Refunds for Donations

We do not provide any refunds for donations. All donations are considered final
effective the date of receipt. If your donation was made in error, refunds may be
available at the discretion of the registered charity.
